Do cashback promotions need a trade promotion permit?
It depends on how your promotion is set up and where it runs. We'll work through it with you and our legal partner, and take care of the terms and conditions and any permits your promotion needs.
Can we limit the offer to certain products or retailers?
Yes. Every claim is checked against your product list, participating retailers and purchase dates.
Can we cap the total spend?
Yes. Set a cap on claims or dollars, overall or per person, and the claim site closes when it's reached.
How are rewards paid?
By Digital Mastercard, EFT or gift card, chosen per promotion. Fixed and variable amounts both work.
How long is claim data kept?
Two years, then it's deleted. Financial records are kept for seven years, as the law requires. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
